Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional ($19.50/hr)

Service Location: Baltimore City, MD (21229)

Available Shifts:

Monday-Thursday 10am-5:00pm

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals.

Position Overview:

In this position, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with learning independent living, vocational, and community engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-vocational skills training and job coaching

Independent living skills support

Companionship and supervision

Teaching and modeling socialization skills

Establishing community connections and relationships

Developing and implementing weekly activity schedules

Supporting clients during community-based appointments, events, and outings

Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic systems

Must have a valid driver’s license

Hoyer lift experience preferred

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, and Anne Arundel County.

Seniors, students, bilingual individuals, and candidates with experience in caregiving or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Preferred experience:

CNA, CMT, Residential Counselor, Job Coach, Employment Specialist, Behavior Technician, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Home Health Aide, Child Care Attendant, or Personal Care Attendant.
