Position Summary:
We are seeking caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals, participating in their communities, and living meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Comfortable working with kids (9 years old male)
• Support individuals in community activities, employment, or recreational programs
• Promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy
• Document services provided according to agency and state requirements
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Preferred but not required:

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Working with children
• First Aid/CPR certification
