Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Westside, Brecksville, Middleburgh, North Olmsted, and Others
Employment Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time]

$500 SIGN-ON BONUS (TAX-FREE!)
Earn a $500 tax-free bonus during your first 90 days!

Bonus is paid out over a 3-month period

Must meet all employment expectations to qualify

Bonus Eligibility Requirements
To receive the full sign-on bonus, employees must:

Maintain consistent attendance (no call-offs within the first 90 days)

Remain actively employed for the full 90-day period

Not be terminated within the first 90 days

Not be removed from a client’s home within the first 90 days

Pick up open/available shifts as needed during the first 90 days

Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

What You’ll Do
Assist individuals with daily living activities

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help maintain a safe and clean environment

Support clients in achieving personal goals

Follow each client’s Individual Service Plan (ISP)

Remain calm under pressure and help de-escalate situations by reasoning with clients

Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License (required)

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Medication Certification Level 1 (Med Cert 1) (Preferred) can be obtained through the company after 60
Days of employment.

CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred) can be obtained through the company after 60
Days of employment.

DODD 8 Hour Annual DSP Course Certification (Preferred ) can be obtained through the company for your first days of Orientation.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Ability to pass background check

Experience preferred, but not required (training available)
