Job Summary - Adult Day Support Program

• Support participants with specialized care such as autism spectrum disorders, or hospice needs by implementing behavior management strategies and personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, including incident reports, medication logs, and progress notes
• Recreational therapy and community outings

Experience

• Prior experience working in adult day support program environments is highly preferred
• Hands-on caregiving experience involving assisting with ADLs, medication administration, or developmental disabilities is advantageous
• Knowledge of medical terminology, first aid certification, and familiarity with EMR systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder is desirable
• Strong conflict management skills combined with the ability to adapt to changing needs of residents are essential for success
