We are hiring now for an adult client in the Locust Grove area, with services starting immediately. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven provider from the ground up and become part of a supportive, professional team.

What You Will Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support an adult with developmental disabilities in their home and community. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily living skills and independence
• Community outings and social activities
• Medication reminders and wellness monitoring
• Supporting personal goals and ISP outcomes
• Transportation to community activities when needed
• Maintaining documentation of services provided
• Encouraging dignity, safety, and meaningful participation in the community

Ideal Candidates

We welcome applicants with experience as:

• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• Caregiver
• Behavioral Health Technician
• Special Education or Human Services support staff

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health needs is highly valued.

Minimum Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
