Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full Time

Join our team supporting four awesome adult men with autism in a lively residential home full of community outings, sports, karaoke, crafts, camping, and more.

Schedule:

• Weekday evenings 3–9 PM
• One asleep overnight/week (yes, you’re paid to sleep!)
• Every other weekend
• Asleep Overnight pay: $11.50–$13.50/hr. (10pm-6am)

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily routines, personal cares, community activities, life skills, medications (training provided), and help make each day engaging and successful.
