As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll build relationships, encourage independence, and help create a safe and supportive home environment.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)Positions Available

• Full-Time Evening – Taylors Falls, MN

All positions may require every-other-weekend availability.

What You’ll Do

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support individuals in becoming more independent and involved in their community
• Administer medications as trained
• Monitor and document health, behaviors, and progress notes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive home environment
• Assist with mobility and transfers when needed
• Encourage meaningful activities, social interaction, and personal growth
• Work closely with team members, healthcare providers, and guardians to provide quality care
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience in caregiving, group homes, healthcare, or working with individuals with disabilities
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
