What You’ll Do –– Empower Growth & Independence for Supported Living Residents

• Assist residents in achieving personal goals — from budgeting and nutrition to fitness and community involvement — while celebrating every success along the way.
• Form genuine, lasting relationships as you provide daily support and become a trusted presence in someone’s life to build their confidence and create opportunities for further connections.
• Encourage residents to participate in their favorite activities, explore new interests, and make empowered choices about how they live their lives.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and behavioral support while ensuring safety, dignity, and respect at all times.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Adaptability and time management
• A patient, compassionate, and dependable nature
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured, registered vehicle (required)
