Job Description: Direct support Professional (DSP)

Location: Ashburn, Virginia

Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable DSP to work with and Individual with developmental disabilities. The DSP will work with skill building activities with the individual based on their support plan. Tasks may include but are not limited to transporting out into the community, assisting with tasks such as ADLs and IADLs as needed, participating in quarterly meetings, submitting shift documentation, etc.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Individuals with DD
• Ability to assist with ADLs in a gentle and respectful manner.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
