Stone County Developmental Disability Board (SCDDB) is hiring Direct Support Professionals for Residential Services in Stone, Taney, and Christian counties.

About the Role

DSPs support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Duties include:

• Assisting with daily living skills
• Supporting community outings and activities
• Encouraging independence and personal goals
• Ensuring safety and well‑being
• Documentation and following support plans

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

Schedules

Residential Services operates 24/7.
Evenings, overnights, and weekends required; shift differentials apply.
