Position Overview
OC Broad Services is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Staff for several non-medical support positions in Laguna Woods and Irvine. Staff will provide in-home support to individuals and families by assisting with daily living tasks, supervision, and companionship while promoting independence and quality of life.

Available Positions

• Laguna Woods – Weekday PM & Weekend Support

Support an elderly woman who is non-ambulant and lives at home with her husband. Staff will assist with daily routines, personal care support, and household tasks while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

• Irvine – Weekday PM & Weekend Support

Provide support for an adult woman living independently in her home. Staff will assist with daily routines, community engagement, and household support to promote independence.

• Irvine – Tuesday & Thursday Afternoon Support

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Provide support for a 5-year-old girl in the home setting. Staff will assist with supervision, structured activities, and daily routines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
