Advance Choice Home Care – Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Advance Choice Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities, aging needs, and other health challenges in group home and in-home settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• Administer medications and use Hoyer lift equipment when needed
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and daily support
• Monitor clients, document care, and report concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• Caregiving, home care, group home, assisted living, or healthcare experience preferred
• Must have Medication Certification and Hoyer Lift experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License/ID, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• Must pass background check
• Flexible availability, including weekends or nights as needed

Pay: Starting at $14.50-15.00/hr
Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid orientation, paid training

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
