Locations: San Fernando Valley
Part-Time: $20 / hour
Saturday and Sunday evenings
Mileage reimbursement
$10/month cell phone stipend

Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
Encourage and model independence, hobbies, and social activities
Assist participants access and participate in community activities
Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)
Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant
Record keep progress of care plan
Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset
Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking
DSP 1 & 2 certification (preferred, applicants who are not yet certified can take advantage of our internal certification programs)
CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)
Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required)
