Direct Support Staff / Med Tech- Overnight

Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a personal care home. Assist with daily living, administer medications, and help residents live their best lives. Paid training, shift differentials, and benefits available.

Pay:

$17.00/an hour plus paid training
Full Time for Overnight Shift Sunday-Thursday 9:00PM-7:00AM
Overnight shifts earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00PM and 8:00AM

Summary:
Join our Enhanced Personal Care Home team as a Direct Support Professional / Med Tech. Provide daily support, medication administration, and transportation for residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, remain with each resident until taken, and document accurately
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Transport residents to appointments in company vehicles
- Maintain clean and safe living spaces
- Record and document all necessary care information

Requirements:
- 21 years or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in long-term care, mental health, or related field preferred
- PA Criminal History Clearance upon hire
- Valid PA driver's license with clean driving record

Shift: Overnights Sunday through Thursday 9:00PM-7:00AM

Experience Preferred:
- Caregiving: 1 year
- Night shift experience
