What You’ll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges live fulfilling, independent lives.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meals, routines)
• Supporting a safe and comfortable home environment
• Communicating clearly with coworkers and supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, reliable caregiver
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Experience helpful but not required – we provide training!
• A DRIVER LICENSE is required for this role
