Today, we proudly serve nearly 100 residents across 11 homes in the Corona community.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Staff. In this role, you will help empower residents to build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy a safe and supportive home environment.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Care Staff member, you will support residents with daily living and personal care while encouraging independence and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
• Supporting residents with community outings and social activities
• Implementing individualized care plans to meet each resident’s needs
• Monitoring residents’ well-being and reporting any health or behavioral changes
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Assisting residents with mobility and personal care when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous caregiving or direct support experience preferred (but not required)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assist with mobility and lifting when necessary
• Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, or memory care is a plus
• Must be available to work weekends
