Job Summary:

The OPD Coordinator will oversee and streamline all outpatient department operations to ensure smooth patient flow, effective coordination among consultants, and high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily OPD schedules and appointments for consultants.
  • Ensure smooth patient registration, billing, and consultation flow.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist in managing OPD statistics and reports.
  • Coordinate with nursing, billing, and medical records teams for efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor waiting times and address patient queries and grievances courteously.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, grooming, and service quality standards.
  • Support departmental audits, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS) preferred.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
  • Pleasant personality and professional grooming.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Hospital Management preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
