Missions

• Suivi du projet pédagogique :
• Diriger un accueil de loisirs d’une soixantaine d’enfants, en cohérence avec le projet éducatif de la fédération Léo Lagrange et le projet de territoire de la commune de Loire Authion.
• Piloter la mise en œuvre en y associant l’équipe d’animation.
• Suivi des ressources humaines :
• Accueillir et accompagner les animateurs dans l’acquisition de techniques d’animation, être personne ressource.
• Suivi administratif :
• Garantir le cadre réglementaire, légal et administratif en vigueur dans les ACM.
• Assurer la gestion administrative des inscriptions et réservations à partir du logiciel dédié.
• Rendre compte du budget auprès de sa structure.
• Assurer la sécurité du public.

Vous travaillerez la semaine du 23 au 27 février 26 avec une préparation de 14H dont 7H le samedi 17/01/26

Profil Recherché

• Expérience similaire et bonne connaissance du public enfance.
• Très bon relationnel : capacité d’écoute, d’adaptation aux publics.
• Sens du travail en équipe.
