Directional Driller

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Driller to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating various heavy equipment. This role involves working on construction sites, performing horizontal drilling, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of drilling machinery.

Duties

• Operate drilling equipment, including horizontal drilling machines, excavators, and other heavy machinery.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects effectively.
• Utilize various heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders to support drilling operations.
• Transport materials and equipment using dump trucks and water trucks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Document daily activities, progress reports, and any issues encountered during operations.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and requirements.
• Experience in construction site operations is essential.
• Proficient in operating excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks.
• Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining focus on safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
