As a People Manager, this role shapes and leads the strategic vision, development, and delivery of the organization’s AI portfolio. The position transforms prioritized use cases into secure, scalable, and highly adopted solutions, driving enterprise-wide impact and competitive advantage. The role is accountable for building and scaling the AI practice, delivering measurable business outcomes, and cultivating a high-performing team.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 12 years leading complex technology delivery or product portfolios, including enterprise data engineering, model lifecycle governance, and AI-enabled initiatives; experience with LLM/GPT-style solutions and intelligent automation.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in AI agent patterns including prompting, tools/functions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation methods, as well as experience with Azure AI Foundry, MS Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in Application Support, Application Testing, Business Acumen, Continuous Improvement, Strategic Thinking, Customer Experience, Decision Making & Judgement, Laws & Regulations, People Management, Project Management, Systems Analysis, and IT Technical Acumen.
Strong marketing skills and committed to delivering high customer and employee satisfaction and quality results. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Strategic Leadership and Vision
– Shapes and leads the development of vision and objectives for the entire AI portfolio, transforming organizational needs into strategic initiatives. Directs the creation of delivery roadmaps that drive enterprise-wide impact.
Solution Oversight and Design
– Directs and oversees the translation of requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation plans. Ensures technical resources deliver solutions that achieve intended KPIs and strategic outcomes.
Enterprise Data Stewardship
– Leads collaboration with Data Engineering and Governance teams to define and execute enterprise data strategies for AI. Champions Responsible AI practices and drives metadata improvements for scalability.
Agile Transformation Leadership
– Orchestrates matrixed teams across PMO, IT, Product, Architecture, and Data Science to execute end-to-end delivery plans. Removes impediments and ensures timely decisions for repeatable agent lifecycles.
Performance Storytelling
– Shapes and delivers strategic updates to stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights that inform enterprise strategy and highlight progress.
People Management
– Provides strategic leadership on all aspects of people management while modeling our leadership principles. Cultivates an environment where people are empowered to grow, take initiative, and succeed through clear direction, continuous coaching, and shared celebration.
