Full-Time | On-Site | Washington, DC

Pressure Media is the attention and proof engine behind multiple business models launching in the cannabis industry.

We operate a fully built, in-house production studio with 7 recurring content sets. This is not influencer content. This is structured, cinematic business storytelling designed to:

• Educate consumers

• Demonstrate operational systems

• Market technology infrastructure

• Drive B2C and B2B conversions

• Launch repeatable business models

We are building a media ecosystem not a YouTube hobby.

The Role Director

You are the creative executor.

You turn structured vision into filmed reality.

You oversee production across seven studio sets:

• Field Operations (Driver Deck)

• Command Center (Ops Room)

• Self-Checkout Retail

• Pickup Fulfillment

• Green Screen Immersive Explainers

• Podcast Interviews

• Music & Brand Culture

You are responsible for execution quality and production discipline.

Core Responsibilities

You will:

• Direct all on-set production

• Manage camera setup, framing, lighting, and blocking

• Guide host and staff performance

• Maintain pacing, scene continuity, and message clarity

• Capture both wide masters and detailed b-roll

• Execute structured, repeatable shoot workflows

• Oversee short-form and long-form editing

• Clip social media content for daily posting

• Prepare commercial cuts (15s / 30s / 60s)

• Integrate AI tools into post-production workflows

You are building a repeatable production machine — not shooting random clips.

Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

We provide all equipment. You must be comfortable operating it without coaching.

Our camera systems include:

Blackmagic Studio Cameras

You must be comfortable with:

• Tripod operation

• Clean horizon leveling

• Stable wide “master shot” capture

• Consistent exposure and white balance

• Focus discipline

• Long continuous recording blocks

• Basic SD/SSD media workflow

PTZ Camera (Pan/Tilt/Zoom)

You must be comfortable with:

• Connecting and controlling PTZ systems

• Programming and recalling presets

• Running a locked wide safely

• Smooth pan/tilt motion (no erratic movement)

Additional Handheld Cameras

You must be comfortable capturing:

• Detail b-roll

• Hero reaction moments

• Smooth handheld footage

• Clean movement without shake

If you have never worked with PTZ or Blackmagic systems, this is not the right role at this level.

Workflow & File Discipline

At this level, you must already understand:

• Dual-backup media workflow

• Safe offloading of SD/SSD media

• Spot-checking playback for corruption

• Clean folder structure organization

• Google Drive file uploads and placement

• Naming consistency

• Delivering organized footage to editing

This is not “just shooting.”

You are responsible for production integrity.

AI Integration (Mandatory)

We use AI in post-production and scene enhancement.

You must be:

• Comfortable learning AI tools

• Open to AI-assisted editing

• Capable of green screen compositing

• Able to adapt to new creative workflows

You do not need mastery on day one.

You must not resist AI integration.

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday – Friday

1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

On-site in Washington, DC

This is a structured daily production environment.

You must be comfortable working within the cannabis industry (licensed, compliant operations).
