Job Title: Assistant Childcare Director / Assistant Daycare Director

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday and some Saturdays

About Us:

Future Moguls Childcare Center is a growing early childhood education center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Childcare Director to join our leadership team and help support the daily operations of the center.

This is a great opportunity for someone with childcare leadership experience who is ready to grow into a management role within early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director with daily childcare center operations
• Support, coach, and supervise teaching staff
• Ensure classrooms follow state licensing and safety regulations
• Help manage staff schedules and classroom coverage
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student care and center policies
• Assist with enrollment, tours, and parent relations
• Maintain a positive, organized, and safe learning environment

Qualifications:

• Previous childcare, daycare, or early childhood education experience required
• Leadership, supervisor, or lead teacher experience preferred
• Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass required background checks
