Director Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Support the Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Educate and train staff on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage confidential information with discretion

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in strategic planning is a plus
