Director-Behavioral Health

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director to lead our NOW/COMP Behavioral Health Facility. The Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory standards, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality service delivery to individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for serving others, a solid understanding of developmental disability services, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in service delivery to persons with Developmental Disabilities
• At least two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of NOW/COMP waiver standards and compliance requirements preferred
• Ability to manage staff performance, program quality, and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations
• Ensure compliance with NOW/COMP waiver regulations and behavioral health standards
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff
• Maintain quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Foster a positive, person-centered environment for individuals served
• Serve as liaison with families, stakeholders, and community partners
