We are looking for a Business Development Director/Partner to develop our business with below job responsibilities.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with emerging and established apparel brands, gyms, studios, corporates, and retail chains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, brand managers, and procurement heads in relevant industries.
  • Lead end-to-end business development, from prospecting to deal closure and partnership management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in North America and other markets.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop custom product lines and merchandise concepts for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and profit margins with clients and distributors.
  • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring smooth project handovers to production and operations.
  • Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive brand visibility and client engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or brand partnerships within the apparel, sportswear, or retail industry.
  • Strong network within fitness, retail, fashion, or corporate sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth independently.
  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
  • Passion for apparel, branding, and building long-term partnerships.
