We are looking for a Business Development Director/Partner to develop our business with below job responsibilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with emerging and established apparel brands, gyms, studios, corporates, and retail chains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, brand managers, and procurement heads in relevant industries.
- Lead end-to-end business development, from prospecting to deal closure and partnership management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in North America and other markets.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop custom product lines and merchandise concepts for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans to achieve growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and profit margins with clients and distributors.
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring smooth project handovers to production and operations.
- Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive brand visibility and client engagement.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or brand partnerships within the apparel, sportswear, or retail industry.
- Strong network within fitness, retail, fashion, or corporate sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth independently.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
- Passion for apparel, branding, and building long-term partnerships.
