The Director – Business Management (Gaming & Communication) will drive the organization’s growth strategy across Gaming and CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) portfolios in Asia and MENA regions.
This leadership role is responsible for defining go-to-market (GTM) strategies, overseeing product and business expansion, and ensuring that revenue, profitability, and market share goals are achieved.
The position requires close collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance customer engagement, drive product adoption, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions across both verticals.
- Define and execute GTM strategies for both Gaming and Communication portfolios.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with product teams for roadmap alignment.
- Expand operator and enterprise partnerships across Asia and MENA.
- Deliver on quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive performance KPIs such as DAU/MAU, retention, playtime, and monetization for Gaming.
- Build offerings, GTM toolkits, and bundled propositions for telecom and enterprise sales teams.
- Increase API usage, traffic volumes, and adoption across CPaaS platforms.
- Oversee deployments, integrations, and KPI adherence for operator and enterprise partners.
- Partner with tech and product support teams to maintain service reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure operational excellence.
- Secure new operator launches and strengthen reseller/ISV ecosystems.
- Partner with regional sales teams for proposals, pitches, and deal closures.
- Develop GTM playbooks, pricing models, and value-based offerings for target markets.
- Strengthen key customer relationships through reviews, solutions, and engagement initiatives.
- Drive ARPU growth via upselling of premium packs, engagement tools, and advanced features.
- Promote cross-selling between Gaming and Communication portfolios.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, success stories, and brand awareness programs.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer forums across Asia and MENA.
- 15+ years of experience in telecom, gaming, or communication platforms, including 5+ years in senior business leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing operator and enterprise partnerships across Asia & MENA.
- Strong understanding of digital entertainment, gaming ecosystems, and CPaaS.
- Demonstrated success in P&L management and business growth.
- Deep knowledge of telecom integration, API monetization, and digital product lifecycle management.
- Experience with SaaS, OTT, or cloud communication services.
- Exposure to enterprise engagement, fintech, or digital transformation ecosystems.
- Understanding of cross-cultural business environments in emerging markets.
