As the Director of Cashier Services at The Star Brisbane, you will lead and enhance end-to-end cash operations, including Cashier Services and Count Team functions. This pivotal role focuses on driving process excellence, regulatory compliance, and asset protection while delivering efficient and secure cash management solutions. You'll provide strong leadership to your team and stakeholders, fostering consistency, optimisation, and high performance across all cash operations.

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline from a recognised educational institution preferred
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in management
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in casino or banking environments, working across technology, people and process
• Intimate understanding of relevant statutory and reporting requirements
• Experience in Program and change
• Exposure to a high transaction based business, in particular casino, gaming, FMCG, banking, retail, insurance, or telco
• Exposure to a regulated environment desirable, in particular casino, gaming, banking, insurance, or telco
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management, across multiple properties and businesses
