  • Drive earned revenue: membership, program fees, rentals, sponsorships, and related income streams.

  • Manage expense control, financial forecasting, and departmental performance dashboards.

People Leadership & Culture

Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff; provide clear goals, coaching, evaluations, and professional development.

  • Build a culture of teamwork, professionalism, warmth, and mission-driven service.

  • Ensure appropriate training, scheduling, and coverage to meet operational and program needs.

Facility, Risk, and Safety Oversight

  • Collaborate across Jewish Tulsa entities and programs to strengthen an integrated community "ecosystem."

  • Represent the JCC in public forums, community coalitions, and relevant professional networks.

Fundraising Support & Stewardship (in partnership with Development)

Partner with the Development team to support fundraising goals connected to JCC programs, participation growth, and capital priorities.

  • Help identify donor prospects, support stewardship, and provide programmatic content for proposals and impact reporting.

  • Participate in donor cultivation and sponsor engagement tied to JCC initiatives.
