Director of Child Enrichment - Little Rock, AR

This is a CONTRACT position.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Child Enrichment to lead the daily operations of a childcare center within a healthcare environment.

This role oversees staff, program development, regulatory compliance, and overall center performance to ensure a safe, high-quality experience.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading and developing staff, ensuring compliance with all licensing and safety regulations, overseeing budgets and resources, partnering with internal teams and vendors, and driving continuous improvement of programs and services.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), 7+ years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role, and strong knowledge of childcare operations and regulatory requirements. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
