About The Role

The role is ideally suited for what we passionately call ‘ Wapistanis ‘ – Regional expats in US/Canada/Europe/Australia, looking to move back closer to home in a senior management role.

We are looking to strengthen our commercial and client services function and seeking a Client Services Leader to join our dynamic, growth-oriented team. In this role, the candidate will own key relationships (aka accounts), ensure NPS of 100, and collaborate closely with partners to ensure the successful delivery of services.

This position reports directly to the CEO, with a dotted line to the commercial team in UAE.

Profile

If your profile matches these 4 criteria, let’s have a talk:

• 10–15 years of professional experience in software development or tech consulting with experience of delivering complex IT projects
• At least 5 years of work experience in the Americas, Europe or GCC (not remote, actually based there)
• Possess a passport from EU/US/Canada as the role requires international trips at short notice; ~20% of the role is travel
• Willing to relocate to Karachi or UAE, or currently residing there already
