Role Overview

CBOSIT is looking for a visionary Director – Client Success to lead both Sales and Delivery Excellence , ensuring that every client partnership is a success story — from discovery to managed services.

This leadership role sits at the intersection of business growth and operational delivery . The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in client acquisition, tender/RFP management, delivery governance, and account leadership , while fostering strong relationships built on trust and measurable outcomes.

You will lead CBOSIT’s Client Success charter — driving growth, ensuring delivery guardrails, and building a world-class client experience engine.




Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success Leadership

  • Define and lead CBOSIT’s Client Success strategy , aligning business growth, delivery performance, and client satisfaction.

  • Build a scalable client engagement model that covers Discovery → Implementation → Managed Services .

  • Establish governance structures, account review rhythms, and CSAT/NPS programs.

  • Represent the voice of the client in internal decision-making.

  • Drive adoption, renewal, and expansion of CBOSIT solutions within key accounts.


2. Sales & Business Development

  • Lead tender and RFP participation , ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales to convert MQLs into active opportunities.

  • Drive business growth through outreach, partnerships, and strategic pursuits.

  • Develop account growth plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Maintain an active view of the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts , and account performance.


3. Delivery & Account Governance

  • Oversee the delivery lifecycle for key accounts, ensuring adherence to CBOSIT Delivery Guardrails .

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure project scope, quality, and profitability.

  • Build and institutionalize processes for project governance, risk tracking, and delivery quality.

  • Conduct periodic account and delivery reviews , ensuring proactive escalation management.

  • Embed best practices in delivery frameworks, tools, and templates.


4. Team & Capability Building

  • Mentor and lead consultants, account managers, and delivery owners to build a client-first culture.

  • Collaborate with Practice Leads to ensure technical and delivery readiness for client engagements.

  • Foster a high-performance, transparent, and collaborative team environment.

  • Identify capability gaps and lead initiatives for delivery enablement and continuous improvement.
