Prospect Health is collaborating with a leading government hospital in Saudi Arabia seeking a highly qualified Director of Clinical Nursing. The role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing operations, overseeing clinical performance and policy development based on evidence-based practices to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure nursing staff and learners adhere to scope of practice, policies, and standards, advocating for patient needs and clinical programs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational activities tailored to staff needs.
• Foster a culture of empowerment, teamwork, and alignment with hospital values and mission.
• Ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Management from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as a registered nurse
• Relevant certifications as required in the area of assignment

Work Experience

At least 10 years of current clinical nursing experience post-licensure, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
