Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to direct HabitNu’s GLP-1 coaching and

lifestyle change programs across India. This individual will be responsible for curriculum

development, operational execution, and team leadership. The role also serves as the bridge

between the U.S. product strategy and Indian product development teams, ensuring cultural

alignment, clinical fidelity, and high engagement among participants.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Curriculum

  • Lead the development, localization, and ongoing refinement of HabitNu’s GLP-1 coaching curriculum for the Indian market.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based product, coaching, and clinical leads to ensure curriculum alignment with CDC-recognized standards and GLP-1-specific behavior change protocols.
  • Integrate culturally relevant content (e.g., food examples, language preferences, nudging methods) to drive engagement and retention.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of health coaches, and dietitians.
  • Build and manage operating procedures for coach training, quality assurance, and participant communication.
  • Set KPIs and manage performance reviews, training needs, and growth paths for coaching staff.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Indian coaching program, including scheduling, coach assignment, participant onboarding, and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure coaching workflows are well-integrated into the HabitNu platform.
  • Track clinical and engagement outcomes and recommend operational improvements based on data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a point of contact between the U.S. coaching/product leadership and Indian coaching delivery teams.
  • Translate clinical and behavior change specifications into actionable product requirements for developers.
  • Ensure program delivery is aligned with regulatory, clinical, and business priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition, Dietetics, or related health sciences (required)
  • 3+ years in a leadership or operations management role, preferably in digital health or hospitals
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, diabetes education, or health coaching
  • Strong understanding of chronic disease management, behavior change science, and lifestyle interventions
  • Certified Diabetes Educator (National Diabetes Educator Programme, ISPAE, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with tech-enabled solutions and mobile health apps is a plus
  • Excellent team-building, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, or other regional languages is a bonus
