EPM Scientific is partnered with an industry-leading medical device company to hire a Director, Commercial Excellence . This individual will play a key role in driving sales effectiveness, increasing customer engagement, and expanding market share for their product line.

Responsibilities:

• Create and run marketing plans that support sales and improve demand
• Use customer and field insights to guide marketing and sales efforts
• Work cross-functionally to launch products and manage success over time
• Build and lead strong teams/strategies that improve access, adoption, and overall performance

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in medical device / life sciences
• Robust experience leading large teams
• Thorough experience in marketing/sales leadership, operational excellence, or commercial strategy
• Ability to commute onsite in Austin, Texas
