Arabsat is seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven leader to head our
Commercial Strategy & Performance
function. The Director will shape and execute the commercial strategy across sales performance, business intelligence, pre-sales enablement, and customer experience—ensuring measurable growth and excellence across all commercial channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead Arabsat’s commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.

Oversee sales performance management, forecasting accuracy, KPIs, and pipeline health.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team (Sales Support, Pre-Sales, Customer Experience, Performance).

Drive sales enablement tools, dashboards, analytics, and decision-support insights.

Enhance customer experience through CSAT, NPS,

and retention initiatives.

Support business development strategies, partnerships, and new market opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Represent Arabsat in industry forums and strategic engagements.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecom, or related field;
MBA preferred
.

15+ years
in commercial strategy, sales performance, or telecom/satellite/ICT roles.

7–10 years
in leadership roles managing multi-function teams.

Expertise in commercial performance management, forecasting, BI, and customer experience.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
