Director – Corporate Finance
Overview
Nationwide Cooling Group, a private equity backed, multi-site enterprise, is seeking a key member for its finance team. The Director, Corporate Finance serves as a key financial leader responsible for strengthening accounting operations, enhancing financial visibility, and leading FP&A activities, while partnering closely with Business Unit and Platform leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing finance expertise, a process‑improvement mindset, and the ability to drive system and reporting enhancements across a growing, multi‑entity organization.
Qualifications
· Fully remote position. Occasional travel required
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· FP&A experience a plus
· 5-7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including significant manufacturing exposure.
· Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Infor CSI, QuickBooks); prior involvement in implementations preferred.
· Knowledge and experience with consolidating software (Hyperion, OneStream, etc)
· Professional certification such as CPA or CMA preferred (or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
· Lead consolidation and analysis of monthly financial results across multiple ERP systems,
· Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and management‑level financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
· Support ongoing and future ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and process efficiency.
· Assist with planning and preparation for acquisitions and divestiture.
· Oversee corporate expenses, banking relationships, and treasury‑related activities.
· Partner with Business Units to gather, interpret, and validate financial data to support profitability and operational initiatives.
· Collaborate closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure financial processes align with manufacturing workflows and platform needs.
· Support optimization of standard costing, inventory management, and manufacturing cost analysis to enhance operational performance.
· Coordinate and support external audit activities, ensuring accuracy, preparedness, and timely responses.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
