Director – Corporate Relations and Student Recruitment -Executive Programs

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Corporate Relations and Student Recruitment -Executive Programs to lead student acquisition efforts for our newly launched executive education vertical. The ideal candidate will drive B2B and B2C outreach, manage the admissions pipeline, and work closely with marketing and sales to achieve ambitious enrolment and revenue goals.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of demonstrated success in admissions/sales of Executive Programs at a reputed business school.
  • Network: Well-connected in industry and with an understanding of the executive education landscape.
  • Education: MBA from a reputed business school.
  • Skills:
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales orientation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven approach to funnel and conversion management.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Acquisition: Lead and manage the admissions process for executive PGDM/MBA programs via both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Revenue Ownership: Carry and deliver on the revenue targets for the Executive Education vertical.
  • Industry Connects: Leverage strong networks across industries to source high-quality leads and drive conversions.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ideate and implement effective promotional campaigns targeting working professionals and senior executives.
  • Sales Alignment: Support and guide the admissions and sales teams to meet enrolment goals through structured pipeline management and performance tracking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CXOs, HR leaders, and corporate partners to build institutional relationships for executive admissions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
