Director Data Centers & COLO Operations

The purpose of the position is to manage and operate all infrastructure operations for data centers and Telecom facilities. In addition, preventive maintenance management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and operate all infrastructure operations for data centers and Telecom facilities.
• Support acceptance management process for all new nodes in the data centers and POP and ensure its meeting the standards.
• Access Management to all locations required by Technology teams.
• FLM Vendors management for all KPIS’ and SLA’s within the domain.
• Proactive management of the data centers alarms with zero outage target.
• Manage the Operational part on all new data centers and Telecom facilities selection and RFP’s.
• Preventive Maintenance management.
• Ensure the high standard of the data center facility management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master's Degree ( Electrical or Mechanical Engineering )

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology/ Information Services role
