As the Director of Digital Experience Engineering at Triumph, you’ll lead the charge in designing and delivering the workplace technologies that power collaboration, productivity, and innovation. Day in the Life:
You’ll lead multiple engineering teams focused on building a secure, intuitive, and efficient digital workplace. From optimizing collaboration tools to improving endpoint performance and user experience, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of how our teams interact with technology—always with the end user in mind.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Define and deliver a forward-thinking Digital Employee Experience strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor engineering teams across Endpoint, Workspace, Collaboration, and Application/Server Operations.
Drive the evolution from traditional IT management to experience-focused digital engineering.
Act as the Product Owner for Digital Experience services, prioritizing enhancements that deliver real business impact.
Oversee platform reliability, security, and performance across all workplace technologies.
Use telemetry and automation to proactively improve system health and user satisfaction.
Establish and track success metrics like Digital Experience Scores and incident reduction.
Partner with business units, InfoSec, and Network teams to create integrated, secure solutions.
Manage strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships to support digital initiatives.
Contribute to M&A efforts and other key projects impacting employee experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, digital workplace, or end-user computing.
3+ years in a leadership or people management role.
Strong background in digital workplace strategy, collaboration tools, or endpoint engineering.
Passion for enhancing employee productivity through innovative technology solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Ability to inspire teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
