Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Digital Marketing & Content Strategy to lead digital branding, storytelling, recruitment marketing, and online engagement across seven nursing homes and Milford Wellness Village.

This individual will own the digital voice of the organization — driving measurable growth in census support, recruitment visibility, community awareness, and brand positioning.

This is not a passive social media role. It requires initiative, creativity, operational discipline, and executive-level reporting capability.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a unified digital marketing strategy across all facilities

  • Standardize brand messaging while honoring individual facility identities

  • Align digital initiatives with census growth, workforce recruitment, and community outreach goals

  • Present performance dashboards to executive leadership

Content Creation & Production

  • Capture on-site photo and video content at facilities and campus events

  • Produce short-form and long-form video storytelling (resident life, staff highlights, clinical excellence, community partnerships)

  • Oversee social media calendars for all entities

  • Manage reputation marketing and online review engagement

Multi-Site Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency in branding across seven nursing centers and Milford Wellness Village

  • Collaborate with facility administrators and department leaders to identify content opportunities

  • Support community event promotion and partnership visibility

Paid & Organic Growth

  • Manage paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

  • Optimize SEO and website visibility

  • Track ROI and conversion metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience (multi-location experience preferred)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, social media growth, and brand campaigns

  • Experience in healthcare marketing preferred

  • Proficiency in analytics platforms and paid advertising management

  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills

Equipment Requirement

Candidates must provide their own professional-grade content creation equipment, including:

  • DSLR or mirrorless camera

  • Video and audio recording equipment

  • Lighting equipment

  • Editing software and laptop capable of professional content production
