We’re currently looking for a Director, eClinical Consulting Practice Lead to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry.


This role is responsible for leading Just in Time GCP’s eClinical portfolio, including technology partnerships, product development, and consulting engagements, with a focus on helping clients optimize their clinical trial operations through technology-enabled solutions.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes.


Responsibilities include:


  • Lead Just in Time GCP’s eClinical consulting practice, overseeing project delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Serve as business owner for Just in Time GCP’s eClinical product portfolio, including the launch and scaling of the Veeva offerings for eTMF and CTMS.
  • Build and maintain Just in Time GCP’s strategic partnership with Veeva, collaborating on joint initiatives, marketing, and client engagement opportunities.
  • Expand Just in Time GCP’s consulting capabilities into new eClinical domains.
  • Partner with Just in Time GCP’s Compliance and Strategy verticals to deliver integrated client solutions that align people, process, and technology.
  • Support business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and account growth planning.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of eClinical consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes.

What You Bring


We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in eClinical systems, technology consulting, or clinical operations.
  • Deep familiarity with Veeva Vault (eTMF, CTMS) and other eClinical systems.
  • Proven experience managing client-facing consulting engagements and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
