Director, Enterprise Systems & Transformation

Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee enterprise systems and drive digital transformation at a strategic level. The Director will be responsible for ensuring that core business systems — including facilities, asset management, and enterprise platforms — are integrated, optimised, and aligned with organisational objectives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, particularly with CAFM solutions, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and deliver the enterprise systems and transformation strategy, aligning with wider organisational goals and long-term vision.
• Enterprise Systems Oversight: Lead the integration, optimisation, and modernisation of enterprise platforms, including CAFM, ERP, and related technologies.
• Change Management: Direct cross-functional transformation initiatives, embedding digital solutions into business operations and organisational culture.
• Data & Technology Enablement: Ensure systems deliver high-quality data, insights, and functionality to improve decision-making and performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships across the organisation and with external partners to ensure adoption and alignment.
• Innovation & Optimisation: Champion new technologies and approaches that enhance scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop teams to deliver on transformation objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide system transformation at a senior level.
• Strong background in technology, business systems, or engineering, with hands-on expertise in CAFM and facilities technology.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing complex system integrations and vendor partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes from digital and operational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
