Reporting to the CFO, CCS, the Finance Director, System Pharmacy provides senior financial leadership for centralized pharmacy services across Henry Ford Health, including inpatient, outpatient, retail, specialty, infusion, and 340B programs.
The Finance Director, Pharmacy leads enterprise pharmacy financial planning, including operating and capital budgets, reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Serves as the primary financial advisor to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and pharmacy leadership, supporting system-wide strategy and investment decisions. Provides expertise in pharmacy economics, including drug purchasing, reimbursement, 340B, government programs, and payer dynamics, translating complex financial data into actionable business insights. Accountable for enterprise pharmacy financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve results, drive value, ensure regulatory compliance, and align pharmacy operations with organizational goals. Serves as the senior finance leader for pharmacy services across the health system.
