Director, Growth Marketing
As PubMatic grows, it is complementing its enterprise-led model with a scalable SaaS-like approach. As we extend our suite of AI-powered products like PubMatic Assistant, we're investing deeply in full-funnel growth—from activation and product-led conversion to lifecycle retention and expansion. We're looking for a seasoned Director of Growth Marketing to lead this transformation.
Reporting to the CMO, the Director of Growth Marketing will own cross-functional growth strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion across our SaaS products. You will align performance marketing with lifecycle workflows, funnel metrics, and the Martech stack to unlock product adoption at scale and build the growth engine that defines how PubMatic scales SaaS for the next decade.

Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the globe have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days "in office" and 2 days "working remotely") that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.
