Director Household Operations - Single Family Office

We are looking for a Chief of Household Operations to manage the personal affairs of the Principal, his family, and their properties. Reporting directly to the Principal, the CHO will provide high-touch service to the Principal and his family.
Objectives
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the family and their personal affairs.
- Lead and supervise a domestic team of approximately 50 staff members across multiple properties, ensuring smooth daily operations, staff coordination, and service excellence.
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, procurement, vendor relationships, security, and staff scheduling.
- Take charge of lifestyle organization including personal concierge services, event planning, household logistics, and bill payments.
- Coordinate family travel arrangements and, when required, accompany the family on travel to provide in-person support and manage logistics
- Oversee household budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient cash management for all personal matters.
- Promote a culture of discretion, professionalism, and impeccable service within all family residences.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing household operations or family office personal affairs in a family office or royal family.
- Proven experience managing a sizeable household staff team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex lifestyle arrangements, household logistics, and personal matters for high-net-worth families; round-the-clock availability for urgent matters.
- Ability to travel occasionally with the family and provide seamless on-the-go coordination and support.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
