About the Role
The HR Director will be responsible for shaping the workforce, strengthening team performance, and building scalable HR structures across the organization. The ideal candidate is business-minded, confident in decision-making, and comfortable partnering with executives on high-impact organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all HR functions including:
Talent acquisition & recruiting
Onboarding & offboarding processes
Performance management & coaching
Compensation strategy & benefits coordination
Payroll administration oversight
Policy development & compliance
Employee relations, conflict resolution & coaching
Build and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with company goals and operational priorities.
Guide compensation decisions grounded in performance and business needs.
Support managers in handling underperformance, team dynamics, documentation, and accountability.
Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Improve HR metrics, processes, and systems to support scale and efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (required)
Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
Experience with:
Recruiting & talent acquisition strategies
Compensation and performance evaluations
Employee relations & conflict management
HR policy, compliance & employment law
Strong understanding of how HR decisions impact financial performance
Experience in technical or MSP recruiting environments is a plus (but not required)
Proficiency with HR systems, reporting, and performance metrics
