In this role, you will provide leadership across infrastructure asset management with a focus on operational readiness, service assurance, portfolio performance, and commercial value realization. You will work across a broad stakeholder landscape to align operational priorities, support effective handovers, and help ensure infrastructure assets deliver reliable service and long-term value.
Responsibilities

Input operational requirements for infrastructure assets into stage gates to ensure readiness, service needs, and handover considerations are captured.

Oversee portfolio-level service quality across infrastructure assets to ensure service assurance, reliable operations, and alignment with agreed standards.

Support infrastructure asset lifecycle planning from an operational perspective, including maintenance priorities, renewal requirements, handover planning, and performance insights.

Lead commercial activation of infrastructure assets, including leasing, commercial arrangements, joint ventures and partnerships, service charge, cost recovery, and invoicing inputs in coordination with Finance & Controls.

Develop infrastructure asset portfolio performance insights and optimization recommendations to enhance service delivery, asset performance, and long-term value realization.

Coordinate with City Assets O&M, operators, FM providers, Finance & Controls, and relevant stakeholders to align portfolio priorities and service requirements.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, economics, real estate development, asset management, town planning, or a related field.

12+ years of relevant director-level experience in infrastructure asset management, utilities, roads, public realm infrastructure, facilities management, or large-scale asset operations.

Experience with asset lifecycle planning, service quality, handover readiness, and portfolio performance management.

Commercial experience with joint ventures, partnerships, service charge, cost recovery, and value optimization.

Experience translating operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs.

Proven ability to assess asset performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.

Experience coordinating with operators, FM providers, City Ops functions, executive leadership, government entities, and internal business units.
