Director, Logistics and Warehousing

Looking for a Director of Logistics and Warehousing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of supply chain and logistics operations, building world-class, compliant warehousing infrastructure that drives efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee global import and export of raw materials, ensuring seamless coordination across international markets and compliance with trade regulations.
• Lead implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
• Partner closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth border operations and on-time delivery.
• Serve as a key operational leader on capital and infrastructure projects, collaborating cross-functionally to support business growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of cross-functional experience in distribution and transportation environments.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience required.
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
