Director of Finance
Location: Cordova, TN (Hybrid)
Status: Full-Time

Position Overview: The Director of Finance is responsible for leading and executing all accounting operations for a 150+ property, multi-entity self-storage management company. This role is accountable for ensuring financial accuracy, driving consistency in reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting scalable growth across the business. We are looking for a leader who is actively engaged in the work—someone who sets the standard through direct contribution, strong execution, and strategic participation alongside the team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead process improvements, system integrations, and border financial infrastructure development.
· Develop, mentor, and hold the accounting team accountable for performance and growth.
· Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary range: $120-140K, based on experience and qualifications.
· Biweekly payroll schedule
