Transcendent Healthcare, LLC is locally owned and operated diversified company based in Southwestern Indiana with service lines in Nursing Facilities, Rehabilitation Company, and an Outpatient Clinic.

We are currently looking for a director of admissions/social services. Candidates must either hold a social service designee or a bachelors in psychology, rehabilitation counseling, gerontology, sociology, special education, or in the health/human services fields.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
